Free Screening Tests
Free, confidential online screening tests from a CQC-registered mental health clinic. A screening test cannot diagnose a condition — it helps you decide whether a formal assessment is worth pursuing.
What a screening test can and cannot tell you
A screening questionnaire asks how often you experience particular difficulties, and compares your answers with a pattern seen in people who do have ADHD. A high score means the pattern fits and the question is worth asking properly. A low score means it is less likely — not that it is ruled out.
It takes about five minutes, it is free, and nothing you enter is stored against your name.
A screening test is not a diagnosis
These tools are screening questionnaires, not diagnostic instruments. A high score does not mean you have ADHD, and a low score does not rule it out. Only a full clinical assessment can confirm a diagnosis.

A full assessment is the only thing that can diagnose ADHD.
