This statement covers kiamclinic.com. We want everyone who visits it to be able to use it, including people who use assistive technology, and people who find small text, low contrast or movement on screen difficult.
Change how the site looks
Use the Display & accessibility button at the top right of every page to:
- make text larger (Large or Larger)
- turn on high contrast, for stronger text and borders
- reduce motion, which turns off animations and transitions
- switch to a dyslexia-friendly font with more spacing
Your choices are saved in your browser, so they stay in place when you come back. Reset to defaults puts everything back.
Every page also has a Skip to main content link for keyboard and screen reader users.
AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use if you have a disability.
How accessible this website is
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) version 2.2 at level AA. We know some parts of the site are not fully accessible yet:
- Online booking uses a system run by Semble, our patient management provider. We don't control its design, so parts of it may not work well with a screen reader or a keyboard alone. If you have any difficulty, call or email us and we will book for you.
- The language menu offers Español, but most pages are not translated yet and show in English.
- Saving your ADHD self-test result as a PDF needs JavaScript. The result itself shows on the page without it.
- Online workshops take place on Zoom, which has its own accessibility settings.
Information in a different format
If you need information from this website in a different format, such as large print, easy read or audio, or you can't use part of the site:
- email enquiries@kiamclinic.com
- call 01372 660580
We'll consider your request and reply within 5 working days.
Adjustments for your appointment
If you need an adjustment to take part in an assessment, such as more time, breaks, a quieter waiting area, someone with you, or information in writing beforehand, tell us when you book and we'll talk it through with you.
Our clinic is at 13 Worple Road, Epsom, Surrey KT18 5EP. At the clinic:
- portable ramps are available if you need one, and there are handrails at the entrance
- a lift serves both floors, and consultation rooms are on the ground floor and the first floor
- an accessible toilet is on the first floor, reached by the lift
- a hearing loop is available
- there is parking on site, including one accessible space
Most of our assessments can also take place online.
Reporting problems with this website
If you find a problem that isn't listed here, or you think we're not meeting the standard, email enquiries@kiamclinic.com. Tell us the page address and what you were trying to do.
