What is Kiam Clinic?

Kiam Clinic is a psychotherapy clinic based in Epsom, London that provides consulting rooms for hire. We offer a professional and welcoming environment for therapists, counsellors, and other mental health professionals to meet their clients.

Our rooms are available for hire by qualified psychotherapists, psychologists, counsellors, and other healthcare professionals. 

Required documents for renting a room:

  • Photographic ID
  • Proof of qualifications
  • Proof of membership of the professional body
  • Proof of Insurance
  • Proof of DBS
  • Proof of ICO registration
  • Reference for Clinical Skills
  • Reference for General Professional Conduct
  • Completed Clinician Information Sheet (for emergency purposes)
  • Photo and Profile (if you would like us to add these to our websites)

If you haven’t registered yet, please start by filling out our Enquiry Form. Once we receive your details, we’ll request the required documents for verification.

After your application is approved, we will create your account and send you login credentials for your personal dashboard.

From your dashboard, or via the Rent-a-Room page, you can book a room by selecting:

  • Your desired room
  • An available date and time slot
  • Then proceed to checkout and payment

You can also book multiple rooms in a single order if you wish.

Each room is tastefully furnished and equipped for one-to-one and small group sessions. Amenities include:

  • Comfortable seating

  • High-speed Wi-Fi

  • Soundproofing for privacy

  • Reception waiting area

  • Tea and coffee facilities

Yes, you must have an account to book a room at Kiam Clinic.

If you’re a new consultant, please begin by filling out our Enquiry Form. We’ll review your information and request the necessary documents. Once approved, we will create your account and send you your login details.

After that, you can log in to your dashboard to access the booking system.

Yes, you can cancel or reschedule a booking from your dashboard. If you cancel more than 7 days in advance, you’ll receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before the booking receive a 50% refund, and cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible but depends on room availability.

Yes, limited on-site parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For additional parking, there are several nearby public car parks within 10 minutes’ walking distance, including Epsom Town Hall, Hope Lodge, and Depot Road. We recommend arriving a few minutes early if you intend to use the on-street parking spaces. For more information, click here.
