Our Clinic
Kiam Clinic is a private mental health clinic based in Epsom, Surrey, offering specialist assessment services for Adult Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
Our aim is to provide a professional, structured and patient-centred assessment process for adults who may be experiencing symptoms of ADHD and would like a comprehensive clinical evaluation.
Assessments are available both online and in person, allowing patients to choose the format that best suits their needs.
Our Specialist
All ADHD assessments at Kiam Clinic are conducted by Dr Abbass Mohammadinasab, a Consultant Psychiatrist registered with the General Medical Council (GMC).
Dr Mohammadinasab has extensive experience in the assessment and management of mental health conditions and provides a careful and evidence-based approach to ADHD assessment.
Each assessment follows recognised clinical standards and includes a detailed review of symptoms, personal history and standardised assessment tools.

Our service operates in accordance with relevant clinical guidelines and regulatory standards, and patient confidentiality and data protection are treated with the highest importance.
Kiam Clinic is currently in the process of registering with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
Our Approach
At Kiam Clinic we believe that understanding ADHD requires a comprehensive and thoughtful clinical assessment.
Our assessment process may include:
- discussion of current symptoms and concerns
- review of developmental, educational and work history
- completion of validated ADHD questionnaires
- consideration of how symptoms affect daily functioning
- optional input from someone who knows you well
Following the assessment, patients receive a written diagnostic report summarising the findings and outlining possible next steps where appropriate.
Online and In-Person Appointments
We offer flexible appointment options to make access to specialist assessment easier.
Online appointments
are conducted via secure video consultation, allowing patients to attend from home.
In-person appointments
take place at our clinic in Epsom for those who prefer a face-to-face consultation.
